• Two Quad-Core Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5640@2.67GHz CPUs
• 48 GB ECC-RAM
• GigaBit Ethernet LAN connection
• Running RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 (CentOS version) in a virtualized machine
• In case of problems: failover to a similar spare server having same hardware

Download/Upload server "boinc-download.csb.univie.ac.at"

• Transtec Rackserver with two redundant power supplies
• Two Quad-Core Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5620@2.40GHz CPUs
• 24 GB ECC-RAM
• Transtec PROVIGO 550 SUMO SATA RAID, Dual controller, Dual power supply, Fibre-Channel connection to hosts, 20 TB RAID 5 partition for BOINC
• GigaBit Ethernet LAN connection
• Running RedHat Enterprise Linux 5 (CentOS version)
• In case of problems: failover to a similar spare server having same hardware

Database server (no external hostname)
